I've just hit level 15 on my rogue and so far every chest piece has looked exactly the same. Does this ever change? And when can I expect it too? Also do you ever get a different pair of pants? Or does that remain the same the whole game?
And a side question. I'm not able to log into the game at the moment and test this but with the Foundry creation. Is the budget on how many mobs you can have small? I was thinking of making my dungeon harder with large packs in most rooms but didn't know if i was likely to hit a cap after say 5 rooms.
I will say that gear appearance repeats itself even at level cap. The first dungeon had some rogue armor that looks different which I liked at the time...I get to level cap, and the epic version has the same appearance. I was disappointed. Basically it seems like the dungeon drops will look different but otherwise there are very few designs for generic items. I've seen some really cool ice gauntlets for guardians.
To get a new shirt/pant item you will have to craft them or buy them from someone that can. I'm not so sure if they look different however.
I have no working knowledge of the Foundry, but I don't think there's any sort of hard limit. I've seen people trying to get groups together to try out there 'super fast XP farm' maps, etc. Maybe they just use the max number of some high XP monster if there is a limit, I have no idea.
I started getting noticeable changes on my armor as a Cleric at around level 19-20. Now each new piece I get seems to have a chance to be one of three or four 'variations'. I expect it will probably change noticeable again at around level 30, and then 40, and so on.
