Or do you still need accuracy when you have resolute technique? I am not quite sure if attacks not being evaded means they will always hit or they are just reduced to the only 5% chance to avoid.

"Your hits can't be Evaded
Never deal Critical Strikes"

What part of that made you think the enemy has 5% chance to evade your attacks?

Hitting = not being evaded

Evading = not hitting

That's the clearest way to explain it.

So they absolutely can't not hit.

Wonder why some of the guides on the forum have +accuracy nodes and Resolute Technique then...

I think it was on the wiki I saw that the lowest evade a character can have is 5%
ah yes here it is:

I wouldnt be surprised if that rule applied to enemies but I am not sure myself.

That's the lowest possible evade meaning even with 0 evade ear you still have 5% chance.

This passive skill would overwrite ANY chance at evading.

I actually figured that in addition to enemies being able to evade, your attacks would be able to just miss. Guess you can't simply miss.

Things that allow people to 'evade' your attacks when you use resolute technique:

Running away from your hits
Acrobatics
Block chance.

You do not need or want accuracy when you have resolute technique, any guide that suggests that is either suggesting it for until you get resolute technique, or because it's a bad guide.
