HellFire-BahamuPosted 9/17/2010 6:54:53 AM | New Dante shows atleast signs of a more legitimate goth style. Shoot, I'm an avid lover of the style. Most goths (Not all. Just most) smoke. He's not wearing eyeliner. He's just beaten up. It looks like they're possibly deriving from a more realistic base with the whole demons and thing, as well as portraying a more realistic goth tone. With a grittier style, having a pretty boy half-demon wouldn't make sense. Shoot, even in the original DMC, for somebody being a half Demon, Dante didn't even look the part. He looked badass, but he didn't in the least look any part demon.
Atleast this kid looks like the demon in him is ripping him a new one appearance-wise, lol.

A lot of people are mad cause they think his style is a shot at Americans or something. Thats what a goth looks like nowadays. Goths just aren't in the limelight like they use to. Also, I'm positive his style is more based of UK fashion than American fashion.
