A few sources have claimed that that person is indeed the new Dante, BUT, they have not been able to quote a legitimate source (for example, there have been NO official quotes from the TGS saying that that man was Dante). For all we know, that may or may not be Dante. He has black and white guns, but we shouldn't say that he is Dante based on that factor.

He's able to mess things up? So what. Everyone in the DMC universe has the ability to pull off crazy **** like that. We need to wait for more things to be released.
