DmC: Devil May Cry

Let's cut the BS. Don't take a teaser vid and try to pass it off as an indication of gameplay. Ninja Theory haven't proved themselves yet, but this might be it. You are dismissing a game you know nothing about.

IMO, the whip sword thingy is actually pretty cool. However, I find it hard to imagine that the gameplay would still stay the same if they are going to focus on that weapon. And no, I don't want any Heavenly Sword or GoW gameplay in DMC.

The cinematic is really poor IMO. Compare it to the first trailer of DMC3 and DMC4, you can really see the difference in substance. And it's the only trailer in DMC I can think of not to feature any kind of gameplay.

And the gun scene is really really bad. It's like he rushes in just to take his time to aim and shoot. I don't see any kind of style when he's shooting. Granted, the melee scene is not too bad but just about any superhuman can break floor and stay in air for more than 20 seconds so nothing too special here.

One thing I like though, his voice when he says, 'My name is Dante.' It actually sounds pretty good.

For its name, the whole 'DmC' thing, I would like to think it stands for something else rather than Devil May Cry. But until more info is released, I'm leaning more towards the negative side for this game.

This is why I said NT only has two games. Developers don't fart out AAA titles all the time. Working closely with Capcom NT could improve. And if this game sucks, whatever. It not the first time there was a bad DMC game.
