NT should have gotten Onimusha instead.

Not much you can do with that to bugger it up. Combat isn't worth running home about, designs could use with an update and they know asian, ect.

not that i don't like Onimusha.liked it in fact, and got very disappointed when they're no longer continuing the franchise after Dawn of Dreams (thank you very much, Soki haters...).

and i don't think NT can match even match Onimusha's combat. i mean when Onimusha is compared to Heavenly Sword and Enslaved, Onimusha STILL run laps around them...AND THEY'RE PS2 GAMES FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! least they're not a mindless hack and slash fest with unnecessary QTE nonsense like GoW....


so, no. just plain no. I dun wanna see a emo, drugged up , Twilight Zombie version of Jubei OR a Oda Nobunaga modelled after a King Bohan from heavenly sword...much less a red haired sex object for Jubei's sidekick laced with the same laggy "QTE!!! PRESS THIS BUTTON TO KILL THE BOSS OR REPEAT THE WHOLE TORTURE SESSION AGAIN!!" gameplay found in Heavenly Sword.......

and i don't think the majority of Onimusha's fans in Japan are gonna be happy if Capcom DID give Onimusha to NT...the backlash is gonna be much worse than DmC in Japan....

@TC: Yeah, I guess that would be a more suited project for them. I mean they can't do worse then "pixie loving" Jean Reno. lol

I really liked Onimusha and was sad to see it go away. The only reason I would think they should have gotten it before DMC is that it is actually a franchise that has not had a new installment in sometime and a reboot would make more sense. Not that I would want it to be changed like they did this one. I could imagine how badly it would be mangled.
