HappyUnicorn101Posted 2/7/2011 10:55:55 PM | Actually, not really. If this one had come out a few years ago before they started development on MvC3, you can bet that they would have used this one for MvC3 in an effort to promote him.
The only reason they aren;t using him now is because they don't have a moveset or personality for quotes and the fact that development on MvC3 started a few years back.

DMC3 also had the "Crazy Combos" where by bashing on the attack buttons you could perform extensions of that attack, easiest example would be Million Stab.

DMC4 sold the most....But that's multiplatform....Also, it was at a time when there weren't many good games out at the time so everyone was all over DMC4...
Devil May Cry 4 - 2.4 million
Devil May Cry 1 - 2.16 million - Solid for a new IP
Devil May Cry 2 - 1.7 million
Devil May Cry 3 - 1.3 million
Also, DMC3 didn't get the best reviews....
