Seriously, that didn't look half bad, definitely gave a TINY glimpse of hope for the game, but it looked kind of slow for a DMC game, this really reminded me more of GOW (and no I'm not a fanboy making that comparison for rage's sake,I actually like GOW) then it did Devil May Cry,the areas also kind of looked unnecessarily large for the amount of enemies, something that was a main problem with DMC2. --- PSN Account: Mr_Scott_Kennedy http://captainstarball.com/opinion/devil-may-cry-fan-explains-backlash < Why fans are angry about DmC
They fixed his face so he doesn't look like as much of a crackhead as he did before, and the third picture looks more Dante-ish then anything else he's been shown doing. This looks like it's shaping up to be the kind of game that would be good if only it wasn't taking the name of something so much better that was there beforehand. --- PSN Account: Mr_Scott_Kennedy http://captainstarball.com/opinion/devil-may-cry-fan-explains-backlash < Why fans are angry about DmC
Trailers are supposed to hype people, but that felt like those mid-game parts which are there only to make the game longer and which everybody find boring. And what the heck is that scythe he's using? Though the main characters share the same name and I found it a decent game, this is Devil May Cry, not Dante's Inferno.
Those pics remind me of some B-class Hollywood movie. --- Not changing this sig before cows fly!
so, basically they really are changing everything we know about the one named "Dante"....starting with "his main weapon is not a sword, but a SCYTHE!!!" --- what i have to say to Jone's E3 DmC interview: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JFfN5pKzFU
Hmm....I just find it kind of strange especially with the sound. The scythe is just a strange addition and I don't understand...is that a handgun that shoots a grappler hook? I still don't feel a DMC game, just something that is trying to copy them. Not very excited about the new room. And again, I find the colors extremely garish.
