Onimusha Tactics is a pretty fun FFTactics clone.

Unlike FFTactics, every character is unique, which I greatly preferred. I remember playing it, getting stuck on like map 3, only to come back like a year later and beat it in about a week. It was really easy and fun.

One of the cheapest final bosses in anything though you actually kill Nobunaga in this one. He has an unblockable, unavoidable, impossible to resist insta-kill move. Still killed him like nothing with the main, but eh, it wasn't cool.

Ooh, I like Tactical RPGs with unique characters. Thanks for the info!

You know, at this point I'd settle for an Onimusha HD collection. You think Capcom, as money hungry as they are, would be all over that ****. They're bumping everything else up... why not Onimusha? WHHHYYYYY???!!!!

I did not care for the Onimusha fighter at all. I suppose that's because I was the only one out of my friends that liked Onimusha enough to play it. Fighters are always better with real competition, of which I had none. Still, I feel like a derper for not buying and playing Onimusha Tactics when I had the chance. To amazon I go!

Probably. I'd take Dawn of Dreams with a second disk (Mine vanished, never bothered replacing it) HD

What's kind of funny is that, despite my dislike for Dawn of Dreams, it's the only one I still own. It released fairly late into the PS2's lifecycle so I never bothered to trade it in. Now, I have no Onimusha games to play...

Should get a DS, really. They're so cheap now, backwards compatible (for the most part since I think DSi ain't) and have a nice well lit screen.

Play it :D

Play as the punching guy seemingly added for no reason just before disc one ends taunting me with my lack of ability to play as him! :D

All the characters in it were fun, really. It was nice to play an Onimusha where I didn't just Issen everything to death (Ironically, it's probably the easiest to Issen in. The characters have much more fun movesets than anyone else in any other game in the series, so I did it less)

Yeah, I'd like another DS Lite. I have a 3ds and a DSi-XL but they aren't BC. When I get some free dollars I'll do me some shopping around. I really want to play this game.
