Credo was also an awesome Boss fight.
Im also gonna say Dante's very last Boss in DMC2 was pretty damn awesome too. Probably the highlight of the game for me. He looked cool, was actually quite challenging and made you actually use some skill to beat him.

I'm actually working my way through DMD as Vergil at the moment. I can run rings around Vergil 3 on hard mode.
