Mundas created Trish in the old games, so unless he creates her for some stupid "DUN DUN DUUUUN" moment, she probably won't make an appearance.

Lady probably won't either, not for any particular reason though.

To begin, characters like Trish & Lady were supposed to be loosely based off characters from Dante's Inferno (Beatrice & Mary, respectively).

Kat might be this game's version of Beatrice or Mary, depending on what her real name or which character she's supposed to represent.
There is no such thing as a "Quick Time Event done right".
A game that has Quick Time Events is a "video game done wrong".

I seriously doubt Ninja Theory is even taking a loose interest in Dante's Inferno.
