A punching bag mode. it would kind of be like a practice mode where you have a giant punching bag that you can juggle indefinitely.

Bloody palace kind of counts but sometimes it takes awhile to get to enemies that don't die so quickly and even then, those enemies have to many defensive options. I just want a mode where I can knock around a giant punching bag.

How many topics are you going to make today? Although, I kind of agree. It'd be fun to have a mode like that.

It also badly needs a f***ing Boss Mode.

It sucks that you have all these awesome bosses but you have to play an actual stage to get to them.

A Boss Mode would totally solve the problems in DMC4, where Dante can only fight certain bosses in Bloody Palace or via hacking.

Some bosses are probably off limits, such as the first Agnus encounter.
You need Buster to throw Gladius enemies towards the glass window.

There is no such thing as a "Quick Time Event done right".
A game that has Quick Time Events is a "video game done wrong".

DMC4 doesnt need a boss mode. Just playing the campaign has you fighting the same bosses 3 times anyways. It was a bit much IMO.
But in all seriousness, a Boss Rush and a Practice Mode would have been really nice.

You realize you can wail on the glass directly.

This player doesn't bother, but you can easily use the flying Gladius as JC platformers while you spaz out in front of the glass or make more use of Pandora and Drive to good effect. Sanctus 2 as well as Nero's Savior is a much more curious issue, though Royal Guard may work for Sanctus.

No, a bit much is burning an hour and change just to fight Dante or Credo as Dante. They exist in Bloody Palace and Agnus 1 is also very beatable with Dante so why not have them easily accessible? Dante and Credo are the best bosses in the game after all.
