That's just the thing. For their other games, experienced writers were hired by NT to completely rewrite Tameem's original scripts. In DmC's case, Tameem wrote it all by himself and left it at that.


Ah that's right isn't this Tameem's first solo written game?

Actually when you think about it this seems like a weird time to experiment. I mean Capcom hires them because of their writing skills and THAT'S when they decide to have him solo the story? If anything you'd probably be better off doing what worked in the past for something like this and leave the solo experiments for your own projects hell he'd have more creative freedom then anyway.

Speaking of that, the motion capture isn't that good here. It doesn't help that the graphics look like poo. DMC4 had way better, way more animated cutscenes, and the graphics were better.


That's what the Unreal Engine will do to a game.
