Do you think it's possible that Capcom could get Platinum Games to develop DMC?

I seriously doubt this would ever happen. Capcom seems to be making every effort to distance Devil May Cry from Kamiya's vision.

No thanks, Itsuno and DMC4 team can do a great job with DMC5. And Itsuno was the reason why a alot of people loved old Dante so much. Because he is the one who made him look so badass in DMC3-4. And those two games are one of the best Hack and Slash games.

I can't see the point why Capcom should get P* for DMC5, While they have much better people than them. Those who made DMC4.


I would agree with you, undoubtedly, 100%, if they didn't support this obvious non-inherent piece of ****. So if Capcom somehow got the brains to go through with this they just might be able to redeem their failures.

Also, Dante's character was ruined in DMC3 and 4. He became a slurring clown, and in then in 4, he forced all of his lines to sound older and did

Platinum Games is made up of mostly old Clover guys, right? and didn't they leave Capcom because Capcom wanted them to only work on existing IP's? So wouldn't working on Devil May Cry 5 not be something they'd want to do?!



And this is Capcom, If it doesn't work out with NT A] Devil May Cry will be put on the back burner B] When they do a sequel, They'll just have one of their existing teams take over it.

Dante 'had' a personality in DMC3 and 4. unlike the others.
And we all know, The best Dante was in DMC3 and 4. People only loved him in those two games.

He had a personality in 1 too. People liked Dante in 3 because they rationalized his attitude as cleverly being rightfully childish, because of his age. Lo and Behold did they make him act the same when he was 58 in DMC4 (probably not 58). Also, a lot of people thought he was a complete dweeb, and were just fine with that. It became another in-joke.
