You need to take into account that the game was built around 30fps.

It could run at a billion frames per second, it'd still be one of the worst games ever made and the hate would not diminish even the slightest, if anything it'd grow even more because it would mean they wasted valuable time on optimizing this garbage for no reason when they could've spent that time making good games instead.

NT can't make good games. They've had 4 chances to do so and haven't managed it once.

not really since there isnt that much of a difference and the game will prolly be less prone to screen tear like other games which are 60 fps


You are aware that higher framerate means more responsive controls, right? Why do you think fighting games like Tekken and Street Fighter run at 60fps?

I dunno about that. There are a lot of 30 fps games that have bad tearing. Usually tearing is nonexistant if you use triple buffering.. Look at MGR:R on PS3 there is little to no tearing, but plenty of tearing is present on xbox360 version.. Then look at the PS3 demo of DmC and the tearing is pretty baddddddd (and almost no tearing on xbox360).
