Punk is a subgenre of rock and a parent genre of its own. The links you posted are working under Punk and subgenres. They do sound similar because of the delivery of the vocals, the nature of the lyrical content, and the way the instruments are being played. The subgenre in this case would not sound like a traditional Punk genre song, but still be called "Punk music." There is a reason for the different name of the subgenre. I made a whole point about it earlier.
