Really good video, and I share his opinion on the game. A few of the moves did seem faster in DmC like million stabs, other then that DMC4 still looked faster overall. Just the way I saw it.

DMC4's Million stabs are indeed a bit slower. However since DmC's Stinger is a lot longer than DMC4s, some people will argue of it's slower or not.

I think stinger comes down to the fps. DmC's is indeed longer but in DMC 4 you can stinger all over the place almost not stopping. The speed of the move itself is hard to judge. Also it looks like there is an extra step in the animation of the DmC stinger.

I believe that extra step is because of inputting the Stinger in DmC.

I really....REALLY don't like how Stinger was implemented with the controls.

I also didn't compare Streak because DmC's Streak is just way too long. Nero's Streak is a single hit move. DmC's Streak is a multihit move that covers a longer distance.

You could always compare it to Exceed level 3 Streak.

Even then, those moves would be way too different to compare.

My main point of this comparison was to use moves that were almost identical in every way. Not compare moves that have identical names.

However this video was hastily thrown together since I didn't feel like working on it for a long time. I just wanted to get a small comparison of moves and call it a day.

LOL, forget the speed. Seeing Dante/Nero besides Dino makes him look horrible regardless.

If that's the way you wanna go about this game, then alright.

You should do a speed comparison between DmC and DMC2. I'd do it, but I don't have any capture equipment.

lol I would but that would be a waste of time.
No one would want to compare DMC2 to DmC.

Great comparison until you decided to include your opinion at the very end. Who gives a damn if you're not going to buy it? Really? You're not impressed by the gameplay? No one needed to know that. Even if you were the top DMC player in the history of the franchise, that still should be kept to yourself / posted elsewhere and not in the video.. Seriously why do people always feel the need to state their opinions literally everywhere?
