British haircut? wtf? I did not know you people invented. I see a similar haircut on every other man that walks by me on the street and i',m nowhere near UK...

I'm not sure if this is obvious and common knowledge by now, but I just noticed the British flag on Dante's left shoulder. So maybe instead of emo, they were going for a British look, and happened to know this was a British haircut. So Capcom thought a British game = a Western game, proving they know nothing about us or how to please us.

Eh, careful. Britain is still technically Western as far as Asian cultures are concerned.

I've never liked the whole "west vs east" thing. It's such a cold war mentality and so many people misuse the bloody thing.

Think on this: Technically speaking Asia is West of you. When you're a sphere floating out in space, it's laughable when people start trying to claim what's top and bottom.

It's such a North American issue. The rest of the world doesn't much care.

The whole British element doesn't surprise me at all, I always figured from the architecture that Dante lived in the United Kingdom.

I found the vacant city a bit disturbing actually, I was quite pleased when the anime populated Dante's neighbourhood and tried to show the man as a citizen.
