you've never dealt with an adrenaline rush before. I walked a mile home on a broken foot after having the crap beat out of me in a fight(still won, yay adrenaline and rage) collapsed after getting home, couldn't walk for a few days after that(I heal quickly, and my favorite boots reduced swelling and crushed the bones into the right places.) OK I believe you have the experience on adrenaline. so what‘s your vote?BTW nice sig --- "Martyr me for Cordis Die" |
| it was A. specifically, A, with hiding if the cops try to use the stairs.
we don't have to walk too far, just 330-50 feet down, at a 45* incline. so, not even a full mile.
and we didn't take any shot in the legs, its just blood loss making 'em weak. and since we patched up, we should be able to make it to the car, and then its just staying awake until we hit the infirmary and get some real medical help. --- If you can see me smiling, you've already died. | C. Carefully make way to 10th on the stairs, hiding when/if needed. --- GT: iKaptain K00Li ''Be silent. Keep your forked tongue behind your teeth. I did not pass through fire and death to bandy crooked words with a witless worm.'' |
| I'm going with C again it seems.
Take ten floors down using the elevator; it'll be faster and less demanding on your body this way, and the cops shouldn't be quick enough to stop the car before you get out, if they choose to stop it at all. Ground floor exits will be watched by this point.
You've got a slight time advantage, now take the stairwell.
If everyone is thinking this is a gang war then very few, if any residents, will be leaving their rooms. You should be alone on the stairs for the rest of the trip (until the fire upstairs worsens, of course) I agree with malice that a second dose of adrenaline should be kicking in soon, and it helps that going downstairs is easier than going up.
Pop out a window on the tenth floor (the fire alarm should be blaring now so it'll muffle the noise of breaking glass/gun fire). Take the exterior fire escape to the garage. You have your phone, coordinate with Dick and get yourself picked up. |

I guess I learned it from my dad who taught me to speak my mind, and not good confrontation management. he did teach me how to fight dirty though so I don't normally lose. and to wolf, I never said anything about up stairs, my plan was just to go down the stairs, and hide out if we can hear more than one person coming up. --- If you can see me smiling, you've already died. | I know you didn't say that. Just pointing out how going down some steps will make escape easier. Gravity and stuff. Also, handrails, ftw! |
| oh okay. I just don't trust elevators. I've fallen down stairs before, you just pick yourself up, and hope to god your parents don't see the dent your face made in the drywall. --- If you can see me smiling, you've already died.
