DmC: Devil May Cry

The "new" Dante has obviously garnered a wide variety of opinions since he was first announced. Personally, I didn't like him when he was first revealed, but I've come to accept him b/c you can still see parts of "original" Dante in this version.

However, new Vergil to me is just way too different. It's like they turned him into a "sissy" who can't fight anymore. When he was about to get crushed by Mundus and he cried out "Dante, do something"... it just made me wanna cry inside. He just comes across as a big weakling throughout the entire game. The final battle doesn't even compare to the first battle against him in DMC3. Even his Yamato has lost its awesomeness.

It was nice to see the fallout between the two at the end, but other than that... Vergil really doesn't resemble the original at all, especially his fighting abilities.

I like him better than Classic Vergil, his character has some actual substance now. Don't care much for the rest of the game.
