DmC did it went from 20 spot I think it was to 1st in its second week. Its rare and also sales are not caculated from first week they are caculated from its first month --- I have an answer to everything whether its a good answer is entirely irrelevant

There are too many factors that have happened from then till now to do a fair comparison. Games sales overall are way down in the economy. People keep saying the install base is bigger. They forget a good percentage of those people don't play H&S games. I know a lot of people that just use their console for Netflix now.

By the time a price drop hits all of the numbers will be counted. Sure Capcom could make 5 million in sales if the game cost $5 but they'd be losing money. It's going to be the first month of sales at full price that matter. DMC4 also came out in 2008. Guess what? Economy was still in the s***ter and many people didn't have jobs.
