They try to answer with something clever but in the middle of the sentence they realize it's stupid so they finish with Ad Hominem.

That's what people do, man. That's what Crysis did when Call of Duty 4 sold more than their glorified tech demo. They made Crysis 2 with Call of Duty in mind, put loadouts, like CoD, and small maps on the multiplayer, like CoD, DLC map packs with 5 maps each, like CoD.

They compare with their own genre. "If we have a shooter just like them, why is his shooter selling more than ours? What can we do to change this and grab their players?"

Oh and look at how well it did. Not even breaking DMC4 copying off the best selling game franchise out there. Shows how well that works.

Perhaps it might be best to wait until end of the month sales. I asked someone and they said it's too soon to tell because you have to count the PC and download sales, too. Not saying that I hope and pray that this game fails, but it might be best to maybe wait a little longer.

So, antis, let me summarize your logic in this thread.

When a game sells more then DMC, it's because the game was for casuals and casuals all went and bought it. Also, less sales equals a more hardcore game because less casuals could handle it and this didn't buy it. Therefor, by your own logic, selling more equals being more casual friendly... Ergo meaning that DMC4 is a more casual game then DmC because it sold more and thus had more casuals buying it then DmC did. Meaning DMC4 is a casual game and DmC is a hardcore game. Again, according to the anti's posts in this thread.

Are you suuuure you don't want to correct that line of logic? The implications are probably not what you intended them to be. You kind of just talked yourselves into a corner. Not to say I actually am saying that DmC is more difficult from past games or is more hardcore, but your posts can be used against you to say exactly that. Think your posts through before typing them, or they could end up having you say something you didn't mean to.

Anti logic:

DMC4 sold more than DmC, THEREFORE DMC4 is better than DmC.

Find me one post by anybody on this board that says this.

I fully expect this to be ignored.

Literally nobody in this topic said anything along those lines.
