Arkham w/ Sparda's Power - 650,000 (although he could not control said power. Not to mention that he only had the Force Edge and not the Sparda sword)
Regular Arkham - 30,000
Jester - 60,000 (these two are debatable. They might both be 60,000. Not sure if Arkham can fight in his human mode. We have seen him do some tricks but idk if he can summon all his crazy circus balls like he does in the jester boss fight. It seems like jester is his DT. Not sure.
I didn't put in the regular enemies because they are weak as balls and honestly who cares about generic scythe guy #3's power level? I'll just go ahead and say that their levels are all around 400 or 500. Hell vanguard is probably 1,500

Lady - 15,000 (I only put her level this high because of her gun and grenade damage output)
Nero - 200,000 (its canon that he is equal to DMC3 Dante at the end)
Nero DT - 300,000 (although Vergil would still kick his ass due to skill...)
Nero BS Giant Arm Thing at the End Power - 400,000
The Savior - 300,000 (probably stronger than the DMC1 bosses but it has many flaws)
Sanctus w/ Sparda - 350,000
Credo - 250,000
Don't care about the other bosses. They are weak as balls. They are all around 100,000

Bolverk - He did fight Sparda so I will say 500,000
Argosax the Chaos AKA Poop Rehash Monster - It was the incomplete version, wasn't it? I'm going to say....700,000 I guess. Then again I think I am underestimating argosax because it was such a crappy boss fight. It was probably like...950,000. IMO this boss would have lived up to its legend a lot better if it looked more like a fusion of all the bosses into one entity instead of it just being poop with every monster stuck together in it. Im sure it had a high power level but the flawed design made it piss easy for Dante to beat.
Despair Embodied - 850,000 maybe. Idk if its stronger than Argosax or not.
DmC Devil May Cry

Dante DT - 250,000 (his DT, proportionally, makes more of a difference than the past DT's because he is both Angel and Demon IMO)
Vergil - 170,000 sadly....he is smarter not stronger
Vergil DT - 240,000
Hopefully he gets stronger in Vergil's Downfall. Dante is too strong right now.
Mundus - 450,000
Mundus if they didn't close the Hell Gate - 800,000
Sparda - Probably like 200,000. Not sure. I mean he was still a lieutenant. And demon. He might be much weaker than that, no idea.
Poison - 90,000
Bob Barbas - 90,000. Maybe 100,000
Hunter Demon - 75,000
Mundus Child - 200,000
