And good god. I forgot how god awful the controls are. Anyone who says DMC1 is better than DmC is just being a hater or is looking through nostalgia goggles. Working on replaying the whole series. DmC 1 and 2 are gonna be a chore though lol --- I wouldn't mind you in my head if you weren't so clearly mad.

I finished it on Dante must die last week after years of leaving it half-way through. It was frustrating occasionally but enjoyable. The only real negative I always thought was the camera. --- I grow tired of the foolish foolery of foolish fools.

The only bad thing about DMC1's controls is rigid jumping. It made the platforming a bit wonky, especially when trying to land on something tiny for a Red Orb cache.
Non-control wise, the only bad thing is the camera. Other than that, this attitude that DMC1 aged poorly is a bit puzzling to me. --- Gamertag is Madigari, for both Xbox 360 and PSN. Of all the things I've lost, I miss my originality the most.

TC is actually right. DMC1's controls are a bit crappy (triangle was jump in DMC1, DMC2 onwards used the scheme we more commonly know).
Go pick up the DMC HD Collection - it fixed DMC1's controls.
