Seeing it die for any reason doesnt sit right with me. I found DmC enjoyable to, so for me its death doesnt feel justified. I know many of you disagree.
This is one of the most honest displays you are going to see regarding why they dislike the reboot. There is one very large flaw in it and it speaks volumes about what's wrong with these people who are complaining about games like this and the direction games like FF have gone in.
These games aren't yours personally. The fact is all you are being is selfish if you dislike a game because it doesn't follow your definition of what DMC is. Being sentimental is nice, but it doesn't change the fact that most people who are hating on this game are doing it because of personal pre-conceived expectations.
I would love to see the reaction if the shoe were on the other foot.
