BEFORE VOTING when I say multiplayer I don't mean any online competitive crap, that would be taking it too serious. I mean a quick little offline thing, where you just pick between (For example) Dante, Nero, and Vergil, and you have a quick fight with each other just like the Vergil boss fights from DMC3, except you both have the same health and damage. That's it, not too many features, not too many characters, otherwise it would take too much focus off single player. Yes, no? --- I came here to chew bubblegum and kick ass, and I'm all out of bubblegum. http://d24w6bsrhbeh9d.cloudfront.net/photo/5062421_700b.jpg
No idea what that is lol, just imagine fighting Vergil in DMC3, except your friend is controlling him. --- I came here to chew bubblegum and kick ass, and I'm all out of bubblegum. http://d24w6bsrhbeh9d.cloudfront.net/photo/5062421_700b.jpg
It's pretty much what you're talking about. Player vs Player (or even player vs computer) battles using various characters and enemies for quick fighter-like 1-on-1 matches. No frills outside of the basics like choosing an arena, setting AI levels, and match time. --- If you can read this, You don't need glasses.
Multiplayer is not suited for a game like this, IMO.
Multiplayer is slowly but surely (if it hasn't already) taking over gaming... Single player experiences are just not the same anymore. The result is mediocre single player campaigns with decently fun multiplayer (that still gets boring after a while).
Please keep multiplayer AWAY from Devil May Cry! --- Signature.
