you're right, my mistake. everyone expects AAA gems from sega. capcom though...nothing but garbage.

As far as the character alone goes, it's more the fact that he acts like a vulgar white trash delinquent.

In other words: it's deciding factor what style they'll stick to. That's why many of us didn't bought it and never will. Also Capcom don'T deserve money for anything. I'm not buying any Capcom's games after RE6.

-bad story plot
-very badly scripted dialogue, eg a lot of forced swearing
-a lot of plot holes
-Limbo doesn't really try to kill you
-slow combat
-shallow combat
-easy rank up (eg, First mission boss, Hunter, in Nephilim difficulty, the full trinity smash combo can get you from A rank to SSS, one hit = one rank up)
-demon dodge too powerful
-dodging and parry are too easy
-rank don't decrease unless you're hit
-all modes too easy for their respected difficulties
-30 FPS
-lots of repeats, most obvious in dialogues
-too short
-next to zero re-playability
-lots of glitches

that's all i can come up with at the moment.

Tl;DR version

-Unwanted, unneeded reboot
-Terrible, terrible PR
-Too different stylistically
-Inferior combat compared to DMC3-4 in a series which has always been known for its cream of the crop combat
-Doesn't really fix any of the "weak points" of the old series
-Game even on its own has legitimate problems

In short we have been shortchanged without a reason, while told that this was mega-awesome and would have been much better than the old series.

yes::( good thing that I didn't bought most of games like SF4 or SFxT. The bad thing one of that 4,5 mil copies belongs to me:(
