RE6 Failed expectations wise but money wise it gained Capcom a big profit. Not a full failure like you seem to believe.

I really don't see how 4,5 million can be considered a flop...but yea.

Even though I like the action style of the new RE games...I wouldn't mind a reboot. I wouldn't like the tank controls but w/e.

well it is failure if they haven't gathered enough sales they expected.

RE6 was very profitable so I don't think Capcom cares that it didn't reach the original expected sales target. And seeing that they said it failed to reach the original sales expectations by 2 million it atleast reached their 2nd expected target.

let's look at the facts: Capcom talks Reboot of RE...it means something isn't it?

If you want to talk facts get them right first.
Capcom wanted 7 million at first then lowered it to 5 million for RE6.

It was DmC that they wanted 5 million at first then lowered to 2 million and then lowered again to 1.2 million.

I can already see two things they will do:

-Whine because the game didn't sell as much as they wanted (but probably won't admit it).
-Blame the fans, for not liking the game (oh boy! I didn't know that having personal tastes and an opinion was something to blame!!)

NT will probably try to blame Capcom.and marketing again like they did with Namco and Enslaved.
