More challenging bosses, decaying style meter, no colour coded enemies and a couple more combos per weapon for sure. I'm pretty happy with everything else though I'm conflicted about lock on.
I was always a fan of the fact that they got rid of lock on because of the added mobility and the fact that moves no longer require lock on, but sometimes it feels inaccurate with flying enemies. I think they should copy the lock on from Dark Souls, R3 to lock and toggle analogue stick to cycle. I would be really unhappy if they went back to the old lock on personally, this was a vast improvement for me but I think it needs that little bit more accuracy.
They could always just tighten up the auto lock as well, Bayonetta's auto lock felt more accurate and made the manual lock optional which I really liked.
Well, I hate this game, not for the gameplay, but mostly for the fact that this is supposed to be a reboot of Devil May Cry but is really just a new IP with the same names. I'm not too familiar with system details, what's the difference between 30fps and 60fps?
