Who is Val?

I guess you're all mixed up. Don't know who that is...

Just read sasuke's post and you'll be fine, I guess. :)

His post doesn't matter

I wonder why...

Vergil is a villain, he wanted to open the gates of hell. I think that's more than enough.

It doesn't matter the intention. The actions and acts are the ones that count.

DmC spoilers
By this logic Donte is the villain of DmC, because he successfully merges limbo, as you say: "It doesn't matter the intention. The actions and acts are the ones that count."

I don't see Vergil as a villain. He does things that will have negative consequences, yes, but those aren't his target. He wants power for means not specified (possibly ending Mundus, which could be seen as a good thing). Means to an end.

He's an Anti-Hero, saying he's a villain because his actions would cause the death of innocents he hold no regards for would make Donte a villain too.

Because it doesn't change the fact that Vergil isn't a villain

I now conclude that, Ever17's story is eminently the BEST story of all I've seen/read in my "entire life".

Big difference here...Dante didn't know what would happen...Besides, it was Vergil who destroyed the hell gates in DmC, not Dante.

So, fail harder next time.

I'm not stalking you, I'm discussing with you, and that's entirely different.

If you don't hold the pressure, then stand aside. The board is public.

Vergil is one of the villains, no problem with that. XD
