I saw people pick GoW over QTEless HnS's, so why not?

Yeah, Tomb Raider looks pretty good.

And even if it turns out crap, I can at least look at dat Lara ass.

Pretty much this. I still have it pre-ordered though. Plan to rent it first and if I like it, I'll go ahead and get it. If not, that's five more bucks to another game.

I think people are expecting to much from the Tomb Raider reboot. I see it disappointing a number of people but it still looks fairly enjoyable.
