I miss the Yamato slashing sound effects from DMC3

The slashing sound effect with the Yamato in DMC3 has so much oomph with its metallic ring. It makes every slash feel so powerful, especially rapid slash. Meanwhile, the Yamato's sound effects in DmC sound really muted. Though, I have to say I really like the Rebellion sound effects in DmC.

Agreed for Yamato. Though I think the Arbitor sound effects have the most distinction in this game.

It's amazing what a tiny bit of sound can do enhance an effect.

It really does. Heavenly Sword had great sword sound effects, which enhances the battles.
