This is what Mega Man under Ninja Theory would have been like.

And it was quietly cancelled, thank goodness.

Holy balls, the combat actually looks amazing.

I would have been for this 100%, as a long time rabid MegaMan fan and especially an X diehard.

Would have bought a dozen PC copies of it.

BTW Metroid Prime team =/= Ninja Theory. Not even Team Ninja.

Leaving the gameplay aside, they shared the same mentality of GRIMDARK dudebro reboots. I mean, what in the name of sanity is this character design? Bomberman Act Zero's bastard son?

Might be just me but I feel that Vanquish gameplay would really fit into the concept rather than an FPS.
Everything stemmed from Chaos, Aligned to Cosmos, Brought forth by Space, Woven with Time and Governed by Gravity.

at least MM was spared.

It would work as a FPS game, but not a Megaman game. That would be a Metroid Prime with a Megaman skin.

I'm glad it was canned. I don't think Capcom could g on with that, lol.

Really dodged a bullet there.

This X had a human face too. The red dots cyborg thing was only for the armor transformation.

Apparently the face is holographic. I think it looks sick for a spinoff series. We all know unlike DMC, MegaMan has proven to work with several "series" at once.

I actually wouldn't have minded this, but if they have time to work on MM games I wonder why MML3 was shot down...
I came here to chew bubblegum and kick ass, and I'm all out of bubblegum.
