Finally some sales number

DmC sold by the end of the fiscal year 1.1 million copies.

So to summarize the game went from "we want to sell more than DMC4" (which means shipping more than 2 millions in the same timeframe) to 2 millions to 1.2 millions to 1.15 millions. And it still failed to reach that. But hey! Solid sales!

I really hoped some people were smarter than that.

I wonder if those numbers include things like copies sold to GameFly or Redbox.

And that's still weaker than DMC3's sales.

So Capcom thinks it's a good idea to continue a weak reboot (DmC) that hasn't even met their revised sales, and give it a sequel. They really need to get off that short bus.

Solid=/=good or even decent. It means they weren't as terrible as they expected.

This guy right explains the situation right well. Capcom is lying again. Don't be fooled.
