The girl looks and sounds more like Ashley so yeah unless Capcom says so i think its Ashley.

Exactly.

As much as we could hope it's Sherry, Sherry is dead. She will never come back. Capcom says they want to re-boot the series yet the scenes with Chris are all action, hiding behind a wall Gears of War styled and shooting.

At least Leon's and NewGuy's scenario look interesting.
