For shame you lot!

1: Jill and Chris were likeable
2: Atmosphere was top notch and perfect
3: Music was eerie, ambient and scary
4: It's the best remake of all time
5: Lisa Trevor was an amazing addition
6: Modified version of the Jill Sandwhich line
7: Barry Burton
8: Scariest game of all time
9: The game defines "Resident Evil"
10: Not Resident Evil 4/5/6

1. Depends on what you think is likable. I like Chris and Jill but it's something about Remake...x.x they were going a lot with a serious tone in this and the dialogue in my opinion took a stagnant hit for it. Some of it just either came off as wooden or hamfisted and that draws me to a character, liking how they react. Though you gotta give Capcom some credit, the characters did have their personality traits in tact from the originals and expanded on in pieces. It was done well. I'm neutral on this just to play it safe.
2. Yes.
3. Yes.
4. Yes.
5. Yes.
6. Neutral opinion on this, I still facepalm either way on any game he says it.
7. Hell f***ing yeah! I HAVE THIS!
8. Subjective.
9. Yes,
10. Yes.

My rebuttal:

1: Not as likable as the Wolf Pack.
2: Not as top notch as in Slant Six's masterpiece.
3: Not as eerie, ambient and scary as in Slant Six's masterpiece.
4: It's a remake, not an original game.
5: Lisa Trevor fails compared to ORC's version of Nemesis.
6: Jill sandwich line was modified.
7: No HUNK.
8: Not as scary as Slant Six's masterpiece.
9: Not these days.
10: It's not ORC.

Face it, Operation Raccoon City blows this turd out of the water.

Didn't care much for it tbh.

Didn't like the crimson head concept (was just tedious to me, running back and forward for the lighter and/or fuel).

Didn't find it that scary, at least compared to RE3. It's amazing the addition of one enemy, Nemesis can add to the fear factor of the game. Also, out of REmake, RE2 and RE3 the enemy numbers were low in REmake, which to me, took away some of the fear factor, cause the mansion felt too empty.

Didn't like the addition of the defense items, though this isn't such a big deal, cause you can easily choose not to use them.

I LOVED the defensive items! Always kept it set to manual so that I could decide when to use them. Stuffing a grenade in a zombie's mouth and watching its head get blown off was priceless. I also loved using a dagger and then being able to reclaim it after a pistol decapitation.

It's a hard choice between REmake and 3 for me. Though if we had gotten the original version of 2 I'd probably be choosing that.
