Someone should tell all of you folks, assuming no one has yet, that its obvious that this game was going to sell well. The true test is going to be how well RE 7 sells. The name alone carried this games sales, reviews be damned.

Yeah. Sup! Eat that you review sheep. GOTY material. Capcom faces adversity and triumphs. RE series never been better.

Two problems here: 1) A games worth isn't determined by its sells numbers. 2) The number if copies shipped doesn't equate to the number of actual sells the game made.
Gamers have lost their pride.
Complacency can be a sin.

Who knows? People can cancel those orders just as easily as they made them.
Let this be a lesson kids. When debating, solve your disagreements not with words but by screaming,"I am a man!!!!" and punching them in the gut.

I am going to be frank and mention that the US video game industry had been going through a trend since the early part of the PS1 era where the SSS to AAA new releases sold much more copies than a mediocre title. RE6 has broken that trend by having a Metacritic score of around 69 and still sold as many copies as it did.

Those so-called "professional" video game reviewers are finally getting their double-serving of crow pie that they deserve.

So... No one wanted to hire you as a game reviewer? Jealousy doesn't provide sound reasoning for discounting an entire profession, one that a lot of talented writers make a lot of money doing.

BTW... I think RE6 is ok. Not great, not awful. Just ok. I wanted to make clear that I'm not bashing you because you are a RE6 apologist, but because your views on game journalism are at about middle school level-thinking. At best.

C'mon, I can see why you're happy with a game you liked selling pretty well, but GOTY? You're throwing out the reasonable part of your argument by looking childish with a statement like that...
"I'll do whatever it takes."

I don't get your argument. Are you trying to imply that by selling more copies of the game it will suddenly get better?

just because the product sold well, it certainly doesnt mean its good. justin bieber and rebecca black is a good example of it.

remember the famous saying, "There's a sucker born every minute".

stop using the " justin bieber and rebecca black" argument, is getting old.
