You may or may not know the following, this post is for the people whom do not know. I got this info from the official guide book.

To unlock Unlimited amo you must complet all 4 campaigns (on any difficulty) Leon, Chris, Jake and Ada.
It does not matter what character you play.

After completing the campaigns you can buy the skill for unlimited amo for each set of wepons from the skill point shop.

(The $ sign is in reference to skilpoints)
Unlimited amo for:

Hand guns 909, triple shot, picador & wing shooter: $79,000

Shotguns. normal shotgun ans assault shotgun $89,000

Magnum: Lightning Hawk & Elephant Killer $99,000

Sniper rifles: normal sniper rifle and semi-auto sniper $79,000

SMG/Machine Pistols: MP-AF &Amo Box50 $89,000

Assult Rifles: AR-RN & AR-Special Tactics & Bear Commander $99,000

Crossbow: $79,000

It does not say in the book the cost for unlimited amo for the RPG, Grenade Launcher or the noob tube on the Bear Commander. But I would assume its between $99,000 and $200,000

Only Leon can use the unlimited RPG to do this finish all campaigns, but unlimited noob tube amo, replay chapter 5 of Leon. now you have an rpg and unlimited amo when ever you play as Leon on campaign.

Chris & Jake could had used that Unlimited RPG... Leon's campaign doesn't to need it as much since zombies are easier to handle than J'avos.

You forgot unlimited grenade launcher, it costs the same amount as magnum.

Do you still reload with infinite ammo or do you just have a bottomless mag?

Holy crap that is expensive. I would have to replay through Leon's game one and a half more times to be able to buy just one of those.

I'd like to tell ya, but I'm not quite finished with the last campaign...The question popped into my mind last night. If you don't have to keep reloading, it would make me more likely to use some guns. The crossbow would be a nice gun to use if you didn't have to keep reloading it after each shot....
