What was the last RE game that actually scared you

Revelations. Mayday and Rachael were quite unsettling and provided some nice scares. There better be a sequel Capcom!

I forgot about these; definitely some of the most eerie enemies in the series.

Jump scares are as much horror as someone jumping out and yelling "Boo!" at you.

REmake and RE4, the former walking over dead zombies and wondering if they were Crimson Heads yet, first encountering Hunters and being killed by one jumping from off the damn camera T_T, along with a few other times.
RE4 Regeneradors, the maze, Verdugo.

Resident evil 4 regenerators

Justified though as i was only 12 when playing it so that's to be expected, but even as an adult now they still make me pretty uneasy which speaks volumes about them

When I was little, RE1's jump scares always terrified me. I also screamed whenever Mr. X would crash through a wall in RE2 and when Nemesis showed up in RE3. I grew out of it mostly, but I still do get that tense feeling for RE2 and RE3.

Regeneradors in RE4 give me that uneasy feeling, as does Ada's Chapter 4 Boss in this game.

Last time my brother played Lost in Nightmares in RE5 on Professional though, we were screaming quite a bit at the part where you have to get the cranks. It was great fun haha.

REmake, only because I hadn't gotten to play it until 2010.
