Why was Jake angry? *spoilers*

When Chris told him he killed Wesker? Jake had called him a deadbeat that ditched him and mom, and was in disbelief in Wesker's actions when Carla & Co. informed him.


So why did he act all mad, as if Albert was some caring father? I never understood this part.

I honestly didn't get that either. I've tried to come up with reasons as to why he'd get mad, but i gave up.

You obviously never met Ark.

However, the reason's behind Jake's anger and Ark's involvement are slightly more difficult to explain.

Because everyone loves their dad a little bit, even if their dad was pure evil and they never met him. Jake's got a lot of baggage, if it wasn't obvious.

I thought it was weird too at first, but after a while it seemed like a believable reaction.

Now whatever got into Chris' gorilla skull to make him say that crap at such a poor time, I don't have any clue.

Seeing as my dad is similiar to Jake's situation (Ditching, but without the crazy antics of COMPLETE. GLOBAL. SATURATION), I wouldn't give a damn.

I definitely don't point a gun at a man that has saved me twice now.

I didn't get it neither.

I think he's mad on principle. Like maybe mercenary culture has this must-hate-the-guy-that-killed-your-dad thingy.
