The rest of it is irrelevant.
it kinda does. to some people knowing the whys gives them a sense of closure. Chris killing Albert Wesker destroys any chance of knowing an unbiased reason to this, as asking anyone that knew Wesker and his agenda would either (depending on their affiliation with him) a) embellish it with some exaggeration on just how evil Wesker was or b) embellish it with some exaggeration on how Wesker was pretty much the second coming of Christ. any which way its cut there will be a slant of bias from one side or the other and the one true way that Jake would know the full extent of his fathers evils would have been for him to get to know Wesker man to man.

wesker probably didnt even knew he had a son.
although, if he did, this brings a bigger question: why didnt he come looking for his son, who undoubtly inherited his coctail of viruses and experimented on him? surely results would have been incredible.
or are we to believe beneath the COMPLETE.GOLBAL.SATURATION and I DONT NEED ANYONE ELSE" lies a distant yet caring father who never revealed that he had relatives so no harm would fall on them?
so wesker is even softer than barry
GREAT, now everytime i see wesker i burst out laughing, specially in re5.

If he knew that he has a son, will he going to destroy/change the world?

The writers wanted a Wesker-Redfield showdown for fanservice purposes. That, and Jake's impulsive and hotheaded. Doesn't justify his reactions but they're reasons nonetheless.

When did Chris save him twice? He released him and Sherry from the prison. I don't recall the first save. If you mean that helicopter battle, I don't see Chris and Piers saving them at all and I'm willing to bet that the canon story is Jake climbing the helicopter and shooting the pilot which means he did the work.
And Jake and Sherry helped Chris and Piers fight the Lord of the Rings Trolls. I'm also willing to bet the canon story is Jake is the one who jumps on its back and rips the stuff out of it.

I say Chris helped before the Helicopter battle. Chris had a whole squad, and for Chris/Piers, the goal was protect Jake & Sherry. Seeing how easily Jake/Sherry was captured after meeting Simmons, I assumed without Chris' squad, the J'avo would have won against them.
Though yeah, Jake taking out the pilot, and beating the troll is the most likely events (I lol'd when Piers did it. I thought Jake had to, because I did Jake/Sherry before Chris/Piers)

Because everyone loves their dad a little bit,
No they don't...
It's because they wanted the Chrisker drama to continue, No matter how little sense it makes.
Not that it made any sense in the first place after the UC revelations.
