Why is a game called Silent Hill when it clearly isn't silent? Its misty.. Should have been called Misty Hill

Because the town's name is Silent Hill. Maybe it is a more fitting name for the town when it is not infested by monsters.

Who knows before the monsters it could have been a lively little town and the atmesphere was always buzzing.

They had a theme park going on there
