people love bandwagon jumping. if enough people hate the game, then, they themselves will hate the game as well within due time

Probably due to the camera before the patch (I know that I hated the demo because of that). Luckily, I managed to borrow the game from a friend the day the patch is released, thinking it has been released for a long time already.
Of course any game on the PS2 that includes stealth elements is going to be compared to His Holiness, Solid Snake. - IGN

Its better than 5 worse than 4.

i guess people worship 4 so much because when it first came out, there was nothing else like it. In all respect the re4 does have a place in my heart that makes it great, but 8 years later re6 has gone in depth with their combat system allowing you to do way more than just shoot your opponent and melee them when they are stunned.

re4 is better than re5, but re6 is better than both because of gameplay mechanics. Don't even talk to me about story line, because all three of those games had wacky story lines, except the fact that i probably like re5's story line the most

I just beat Chris' campaign yesterday with my kid sister, and we LOVE this game! Starting Leon's campaign later today.

I held off on buying this game when it was first released due to the bad reviews I had seen, but I took a chance when I saw it was $40 at Target. Let me tell you, I would have been ok buying it for the $60 pricetag, I had so much fun with Chris' campaign.
I love Jesus Christ! He's my friend!
