2. You answered your own question. Agent is only for co-op, the difference is that Agent is just 'there' and he only assists you in fire fights and occasional healing, everything else from puzzles to even opening doors is on Ada (You)
3. Go to residentevil.net first, make sure your accounts are synced, then log in and just click on the 'Unlockable Items' tab.
The costumes are obtained via RE.net points which you get from either unlocking Web Badges, participating, winning, and/or ranking in certain events. As for the 32 bit costumes for now we'll only be able to get 1 of our choice if we reach the required amount of kills for the zombie event occurring now and will be awarded around the end of the month, but they'll probably make it so we can buy the rest with RE.net points later on.

Capcom sure gave this game the half-assed treatment. Anyways, you're going to have to experiment the very hard way by a long process of trial and error in which you go into the main menu options and then play Mercenaries or something to see which camera angles are right for you.
