Pulling camera back

I downloaded the latest update, but I don't see the option to get the camera to to pulled further back. Thanks for any responses I may get.

Pulling it back will make it harder to hit distant shots

The camera still closes in when you draw your weapon.

The only time when the camera doesn't close in when you aim your gun is in the final Simmons battle, in Leon chapter 5.
