The monsters got too abstract... Am I the only one? *spoilers*

RE4 has the best enemy design and variety.

4 - best creatures: regenerators, maybe novistadores

5 - best creatures: duvalia, reapers , lickers b

6 - best creatures: ubvisto, deborah, Ustanak

1-3 best creatures: ALL

The sad thing about 6 is that the best enemies are only encountered once, the rest is fighting chicken leg j'avos and the crimson heads wannabe bloodshots

I think they're the coolest in the series.

A friend loaned me his copy of this game because I was ready to call it quits after RE5..... I honestly just got to bored to even play Leons campaign,.... let alone go into the rest of it,

Honestly the thrill factor is just..... gone.

Dead Space= WAY better!

I wouldn't mind if a bit more effort had been put in rationalizing the enemies like in eariler games where you had reports that explained how the monster was created. Here you just have "...due to intense exposure to the C-virus" and a generic, maybe over the top insect theme that makes little sense. In a way, it's "all flash and no substance" and is part of my gripe with the writing

Totally agree dude, the lack of in-game files used to explain the plot and monsters really hurt this entry.I missed most of the emblems in my first playthrough, so the story and all the random mutations made no sense.

Agreed except 6 because I don't find any best creatures there.

I find them to be a form of Physical comedy. They're always good for a laugh.
