After Piers' death, I was left with one frustrating question:
Since he was surrounded by water when the facility collapsed, did he also electrocute himself when he made one last spark? --- Official Talk No Jutsu of All Boards- The Hunter has the will to win. Do you?
Not really, but it really made an impression on me.
I did feel a little emotional, with Piers sacrificing his life and humanity to stop Haos and to save his captain, and for Chris, for reliving the horror of losing his partner. --- --- "Dating Yukari Takeba is, like, the closest thing to dating Michelle Ruff, so I don't see the reason why not."- My brother XD
I wasn't sad, but I did recognize there was an inherent tragedy in the event more for Chris than Piers. Chris was looking to retire and pass on the mantle. You can see it in his eyes throughout that last chapter. He was ready to give it up.
