Accuracy ratio must be based off the last time you played and not total

I had like around 80% accuracy for a certain gun and after trying one of the DLC modes it's down to around 50%. Not that it matters, but since there are those who do care about their stats I'm asssuming this is another oversight in the game by Capcom?

No way it could fall that much since I used the weapon on numerous difficulties and Mercs and in Survivors you have limited ammo. I barely even played.

Or maybe I am wrong, anyone know?

It's the number of times you've hit an enemy with a weapon (including splash damage) divided by the number of total rounds you've fired with the weapon. It's cumulative across all game modes.

I've had below 60% accuracy before on a pistol and later i've checked it i had 90-100% accuracy, this has happened in both re5&6 (the 100% only happened on re5).

After shooing a total of 30,000+ bullets there is no way i could have raised my accuracy by over 30% in a few merc games or campaign chapters.

There has to be a certain point where the game restarts recording the accuracy from scratch. There is no possible way to raise accuracy from 60 to 90% shooting maybe 200 bullets and having 30,000+ total bullets fired from that gun alone.

I've gone from <10% accuracy to 100% accuracy in RE6 as well.
