Really guys you didn't pay attention to the story at all did you:

http://planetresidentevil.gamespy.com/wiki/Las_Plagas

http://residentevil.wikia.com/Plaga

Both state that the sample Las Plagas in RE4 was transformed into the plagas that appear in RE5 through manipulation via science. So it was "evolved" but through a man-made process and not through the virus itself.

And RE4 is cannon because it continues the Wesker storyline which is what tied the other cannon games together. He and his manipulation of events and characters for his own personal agenda and his benefactors.

You didn't pay attention to the thread at all, did you? Las Plagas and Uroboros have nothing to do with each other. I'm not really sure what your links are for, maybe you just didn't understand RE5s story? Uroboros didn't evolve from Plaga as the TC suggested, it's a strain of the progenitor virus, like every virus pre-RE4. Las Plaga is a parasite, the only connection was they existed in RE4s spinoff tale, and Wesker used them as bullet sponges while working with Uroboros.

And you clearly didn't read either of those links. Your version of how plagas are is completely and utterly wrong. Every link you search about it doesn't explain that plagas was seperate from the uroboros. Wesker litterally took what he got and made it into uruboros. Saying that he has two different viruses going on in the same game is just ridiculously stupid. Like every other game there are different levels of infection and the bosses are higher levels of infection of the same exact parasite you fight throughout the game.

I'm afraid Las Plagas do are unrelated to the Uroboros Virus:

Las Plagas were simply intended to be sold in the black market to provide the funds for the Uroboros research.

It's ridiculously stupid not to understand the difference between a parasitic organism and a virus.

Your link doesn't work, and Wesker just grabbed the las plagas and didn't someone use to develop uroboros at all even though the game clearly says that's what was done.

Yeah I'm the stupid one saying it was used to make it. Not saying they are the same thing, good job reading.

Uroboros and Las Plagas are not related, however, we do know that the G-Virus had its origin in the mutation that Lisa Trevor underwent after being exposed to both the Progenitor Virus and the NE-Alpha Parasite (Nemesis' parasite), so in a sense we do could say that the G-Virus do was created by combining a Virus and a Parasite.

G was created from T, Progenitor, and NE-Alpha being put in Lisa. Her blood became G.

Regardless, that has nothing to do with the issue at hand.

do a better job of reading your own links. neither state plagas was used to create uroboros.
