drowned in lava and being decapitated by a rocket will do that to a person.

Also because Capcom have said, point blank, that he's dead, done, finished, whatever other words you want to come up with to say it. Now they may well change their minds at some point, but for the time being he's gone.

The past director of Resident Evil said that. He is done, finished, whatever other words you want to come up with to say it.

Moving forward, they have an entirely new team.

Yeah but he isn't invincible, if being decapitated and drowning in lava doesn't kill him, then nothing short of a nuclear bomb will kill him.

It's a shame they rushed it because nobody truly knows. What we do know is the rockets went past him when they should have exploded.

If Wesker is to be replaced, it should have been someone already established, like a second in command to Wesker. Have a Morgoth to Sauron thing. Killing Wesker and then thinking, **** now we need a new villain, and pulling one out of your ass is not a good plan.

Guess what. That's probably what they will do. A brand new villain who dies in RE6, and then again in RE7, and again in RE8. Same thing over and over.

You did read the part where I said they may well change their minds right?

I think they'll bring him back at some point. He's too awesome a villian to leave dead. xD

Imagine Chris's reaction if Wesker comes back. lol

In the videogame world you never take anything at face value. Plus like some have said, new director, new team, new vision. That translates to they can do anything they want to with the storyline as they please.

If they want to bring back nemesis claiming he took a vacation on Neptune or some **** like that then they can. If you look closely at the trailer, there is a new nemesis in town, why? because they want to do it. If they want to make a Wesker clone from the remains of a volcano then they can. If they want to revive him from a living cell from his remains in the volcano then they can. Its never impossible and I for one would not be surprised to see Albert come back.

One of the rockets missed. But the other one went right through his head and decapitated him.
